Sari and Jeremy Schulman are incredibly deserving of their "Leading by Example" Honor. In over 20 years of membership, they have been deeply engaged at the PJC as board members, service leaders, volunteers, and singers--all while building lasting friendships.

Emily Pauley

Woman of Valor  - Eishet Chayil

Young Leadership Honoree

Emily Pauley is truly a mensch and a woman of valor, a role model for her kids and the entire Jewish Communitee as she is out there generously helping out wherever and however she can. Emily does not sit still, and even while carrying her baby in a sling as a new member and new to Pelham, she helped Ana with Learning Center programs and events.

Emily is usually behind the scenes as she organizes, sets up, and cleans up First Friday/Family Friday community dinners, the Hanukkah party and the Purim Carnival. She helps pack and deliver your Honey Gram Gifts of Love and your Purim Mishloach Manot Bags. She does whatever she can to support the goals of the the Learning Center Committee, Membership Committee, Programming Committee, and Fundraising Commitee. She has served as a Director on the PJC Board since 2023.

Among other activities Emily also dances Zumba, has been a La Leche League leader, and is on the board of the Prospect Hill PTA. She encourages everyone to just try to help in one small way and become an active part of this amazing community.
